Central Jersey Club (CJC) Leadership Program was designed to meet the leadership, civic and professional development needs for women of color interested in furthering their careers in various industries. 

 

The CJC Leadership Activities were sponsored by the FirstEnergy Foundation as part of their Investing With Purpose initiative.​ CJC received a $20,000 grant to cover the costs associated with the activities for this program. The Central Jersey Club (CJC) Leadership Program is comprised of four components: Community Leadership, Leadership Experiences, Professional Seminars and Professional Leadership Services.
