Scholarships
Each year, the club awards scholarships to deserving High School Seniors in the Monmouth and Ocean County areas. The scholarships are awarded at the club's annual Founders' Day Observance.

Through philanthropic generosity of corporations, individual donations, and fundraising efforts, the Central Jersey Club of NANBPWC, Inc. have given over $400,000 in scholarships over the club’s history.

2020 Scholarship Recipients
The Central Jersey Club awarded a total of $18,500 in scholarship monies to eleven deserving High School seniors from the Class of 2020. These students were selected by our Scholarship Committee based on their high academic achievements, community service and extracurricular activities.

Jeda Coward
Howell High School
Jeda is the recipient of both the Central Jersey Club and William E. Pullen, Jr. Scholarships and will be attending Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the Fall. She will pursue a career in Computer Science.

Myles Swartz
Neptune High School
Myles is the recipient of the Central Jersey Club, Julia Cares and William E. Pullen, Jr. Scholarships. He will be attending Rutgers University in the Fall. Myles’ goal is to become a Pharmacist and to own a pharmacy.

Eniyah Garner
Long Branch High School
Eniyah is the recipient of the Central Jersey Club Scholarship and will be attending Drew University in the Fall. She plans to study Biology.

Ayanna Wells-Crudup
Neptune High School
Ayanna is the recipient of the both the Peola Smith-Smith Educational Leadership Award and the Ombudsman George Reid Scholarship. Ayanna will be attending Rider University in the Fall and will pursue a career in Education.

Ethan Suh-Davis
Neptune High School
Ethan is the recipient of the O’Neill Family and Friends Scholarship. He will be attending Hampton University in the Fall and will major in Computer and Information Sciences.

Makayla Andrews
St. Rose High School
Makayla is the recipient of the O’Neill Family and Friends Scholarship. She will be attending Lafayette University in the Fall and will study Sports Broadcasting/Journalism.

Nia Williams
Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School
Nia is the recipient of the Julia Cares Scholarship. She will be attending Syracuse University in the Fall and will be majoring in Chemical Engineering with a minor in African American Studies.

Deia Buluag
Manchester Twp. High School
Deia is the recipient of the Central Jersey Club Scholarship and will be attending Ramapo College of New Jersey in the Fall. She plans to pursue a career in Nursing.

Jacqueline Aquino
Long Branch High School
Jacqueline is the recipient of the Central Jersey Club Scholarship and will be attending Monmouth University in the Fall. She plans to pursue a Major of Marketing or Mathematics.

Somiya Elbready
Toms River South High School
Somiya is the recipient of the Central Jersey Club Scholarship and will be attending the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, PA. Her plan is to become a scientist.

Chijioke Okose
Manchester Twp. High School
Chijioke is the recipient of the Central Jersey Club Scholarship and will be attending Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the Fall. He plans to study Biomedical Engineering.
